The Medical Front Office Assistant Program prepares students to find a position in private medical office, clinics or with a billing service company. Upon completion of the program students will be able to perform the following tasks: maintain office records, billing and correspondence, make appointments, customer service, greet patients, access and maintain patient medical health records.

To receive program certification, students must complete all classes within a 2-year time frame. To receive a career technical diploma, students must also provide a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
