Office Assistant

The objective of the Office Assistant Program is to prepare students for the following jobs: Office Clerk, Office Helper, Computer Operator, Receptionist. An Office Assistant will be able to perform the daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, customer service, basic correspondence, data entry, and create simple brochures and fliers.

Classes Include:

  • Keyboarding 90 hours
  • Data Entry 70 hours
  • Computer Essentials 90 hours
  • Social Media for Business 90 hours
  • Microsoft Word (Beginning) 90 hours
  • Microsoft Excel (Beginning) 90 hours
  • Microsoft Access 90 hours
  • Microsoft PowerPoint 90 hours
  • Apprenticeship 20+ hours
  • Total Hours 720

Certain classes may be offered at night.

Certifications Available:

  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (Core Level)
  • IC3

Cost For Program: $1,132
