Enjoy a low impact full body muscle conditioning workout to tone, strengthen, and firm all muscle groups using the Basic Step moves. Teaching is done step-by-step to guide all levels from total beginners to advanced. Improve fitness, strength and flexibility using bands, mats, and hand held weights. A Step platform is provided, but not required to use during the workout. All level are welcome! Come and join the fun! Please bring hand held weights, mat, water and towel. This class will be taught 100% virtually. To participate virtually, you will need a personal computer, laptop or tablet and internet access.
